Remote Consultancy to Lead Netherlands MFA Strategic Partnership Evaluation


Introduction

CIVICUS has opened applications for an External Evaluator or Evaluation Team to conduct the end-of-phase evaluation of its strategic partnership with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands (Netherlands MFA).

The consultancy will assess programme implementation between 1 January 2021 and 30 June 2026, providing evidence-based recommendations to strengthen CIVICUS' future strategies and partnerships.

About the Consultancy

The selected evaluator will assess the relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, coherence, impact, and sustainability of CIVICUS programmes funded under the Netherlands MFA Power of Voices Partnerships framework.

The evaluation will cover global initiatives, including advocacy, membership networks, campaigns, solidarity initiatives, and international civil society programmes, while providing recommendations for future strategic planning.
