Applications are now open for the Malaysia MTCP Scholarship 2026 under the Malaysian Technical Cooperation Programme (MTCP).

Not Eligible Fields

The following programmes are not eligible:

  • Nursing
  • Medicine
  • Clinical Pharmacy

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must:

  • Be nationals of eligible developing countries
  • Be under 45 years of age at the time of application
  • Hold a minimum CGPA of 3.0 or equivalent
  • Possess at least a Second Class Upper Honours degree
  • Demonstrate English language proficiency through:
    • IELTS (minimum 6.0)
    • TOEFL iBT (minimum 60)
    • Or proof of previous degree taught in English
  • Be medically fit for study
