Applications are now open for the prestigious Mekong-Lancang Peace Boat Trainee Programme 2026, a fully funded international training programme in Cambodia supported by the People's Republic of China under the Mekong-Lancang Cooperation initiative and implemented through the Asian Vision Institute.
The traineeship programme is designed for talented scholars, policymakers, government officials, journalists, and researchers from Mekong region countries to strengthen their understanding of Mekong affairs, international relations, leadership, and cross-cultural collaboration.
The one-week intensive training programme will take place aboard a cruise ship on the Mekong River in Cambodia from August 5–11, 2026.
