Applications are now open for the Re-D Fund 2026 launched by the Tifa Foundation. The program supports civil society organizations, grassroots groups, and advocacy networks working on digital democracy, civic participation, and human rights in East and Southeast Asia.

The fund provides financial and ecosystem support for projects focused on democratic innovation, civic freedoms, digital inclusion, and community resilience.

Eligible organizations can receive grants of up to USD 10,000.

What is the Re-D Fund?
