About Council of Europe Training Program 2026

The Council of Europe invites applications for the 3rd edition of its Training Program 2026 – a week-long intensive training course organized by the Council of Europe Youth Department as part of the Youth Revitalising Democracy project.

The program aims to equip the young generation of future leaders with advocacy skills so they can play an active role in democracy, youth participation, and human rights.
