Only candidates who passed out during 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, or 2026 are eligible to apply . Candidates who passed the qualifying examination earlier than 2022 are not eligible .

Selection Process

The selection will be conducted entirely on the basis of academic merit :

  1. Merit List: Candidates will be shortlisted based on the percentage of marks obtained in their qualifying degree or diploma .

  2. Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification at the specified centre .

Important: No written examination will be conducted for this recruitment . No travelling allowance (TA) will be provided for candidates travelling for document verification .

  • Register as a student and upload your Degree/Diploma certificate and a valid government-issued ID

  • Note down the generated Enrolment Number / Apprenticeship Registration Number

Step 2: Apply on UMANG Portal

  • Visit the UMANG portal at web.umang.gov.in

  • Log in or register if using the portal for the first time

  • Search for "URSC Apprenticeship" in the search bar

  • Click "Apply for Position" and enter your NATS Enrolment Number

  • Fill in all required personal and educational details

  • Upload required documents (photograph, signature, marksheets, certificates)

  • Review all details carefully before final submission

  • Submit the application and save a printout of the confirmation page

Note: Aadhaar Card must be seeded with your bank account and enabled for DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer) payments .
