Y2K-style handwritten gal postcard overlay prompt

Add quirky, hand-drawn text and drawings in the style of a gal written with POSCA markers. The writing includes Japanese, and it uses wording that was common around 2003.

A Japanese prompt that adds 2003-era gal-style POSCA marker doodles and text onto a photo, emulating nostalgic handwritten postcards.
