10 Full EPLO Scholarships for Parliamentary Democracy Summer Program 2026 in Italy

Applications are now open for the 2026 Summer Program on Parliamentary Democracy in Europe organized by the European Public Law Organization (EPLO), the European Law & Governance School (ELGS), and the Luiss School of Government in Italy.

The prestigious summer program titled “Parliaments and War: From Diplomacy to Security” will take place in Rome, Italy, from July 13 to July 17, 2026. The program aims to provide participants with advanced academic and practical insights into parliamentary democracy, governance, diplomacy, security, and constitutional challenges during geopolitical crises.
