About IPA & SIEL Program
Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA) is a research and policy nonprofit focused on identifying and advancing solutions that improve the lives of people living in poverty. Since 2002, IPA has worked with more than 600 leading academics, conducting over 1,000 evaluations across 52 countries.
The Strategic Impact Evaluation and Learning (SIEL) programme aims to strengthen the evidence base available to FCDO for its global programmes and policies. It seeks to improve the efficiency and value for money of development interventions while strengthening the ability of FCDO staff to use and commission impact evaluations.
