About the Melton Foundation

The Melton Foundation is an international organization focused on developing people who can collaborate across cultures, identities, sectors and geographic boundaries. Its programs connect local community action with global citizenship and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

Rather than offering isolated training events, the Foundation develops sustained learning communities. Participants are expected to contribute actively, learn from people with different experiences and apply their learning to practical social or community challenges.

Successful participants in both programs can eventually join the Melton Fellowship, a lifelong international community offering continued opportunities for mentoring, collaboration, leadership development, learning and social-impact partnerships.
