About the Fellowship

The Kennan Institute Digital Fellowship exists to breathe new life into intellectual exchange between the former Soviet Union and the West. Rather than requiring relocation or in-person residency, the programme’s digital format extends its reach across the globe.

Fellows will be integrated into a professional network, receive financial support, and get direct help communicating their ideas to both the general public and the policy community in Washington, DC.
